HAIR CARE

10.17.2013
Hi Beauties, hope your enjoying your day......

Got this little haul fromNatural Nigerian months ago and i'm loving every product.....
Am relaxed but i still use/try products made for natural hair (ESP the new growth)......my new growth is tightly coiled and it's so difficult to manage without proper TLC.

So i got the following hair product and i love using them:
Continue>>>>

 Tea tree Oil:

I have an itchy scalp and because i was not taking good care of my hair dandruff took it's place....Tea tree oil has been my savior form itchy scalp though it's smell is not too pleasant but it works for itchy scalp...
i use it when am deep conditioning esp before installing braids or weave..

JB CASTOR OIL:

This oil saved my ends*the oldest part of hair*, it made my hair thicker and stronger.i use it to seal in moisture but i dilute it with Amla oil or Olive oil.I also use it when am deep conditioning. This oil is thick and has to be diluted. For shiny skin lovers i heard it's also good for the skin too*winks*

Glycerin:

Needed this for so many beauty remedies but have not used it like i should.....Glycerin draws in moisture from the environment which is the best thing that can ever happen to my ever dry kinda hair..lol...You should get it if your hair is always dry....i use it most times to prepare a hair mist/spray

  Grape-seed Oil:

Benefits of grapeseed oil:
  • Grapeseed oil for hair can also be used for hot oil hair treatments. Since the oil is light and quickly absorbed, heating grapeseed oil and applying it to the scalp and hair ends greatly helps to make hair shiny, reducing brittleness.
  • Dandruff problems as well as seborrheic dermatitis can be reduced by regular application of grapeseed oil on the scalp.
  • The best thing about applying grapeseed oil for hair is that it can be safely applied on all hair types, be it normal, dry or oily.
  • Using grapeseed oil for hair growth is also recommended since vitamin E and linoleic acid present in grapeseed oil helps to strengthen hair.
  • Dry, rough and frizzy hair can also benefit from the use of grapeseed oil as it smooths the hair cuticles, sealing in the moisture and making each hair strand strong.
  • Use as a heat protectant as it resists temperatures to 450° F.

I love this oil because it's non-greasy, i use it also on my skin and I'm loving the effect.I use it to seal in moisture and i'll soon be getting another one.

Am hitting the road of good hair care....Hope you'll join me!

  4. Nice product haul. The main aim is healthy hair despite the fact that you're relaxed. I'm always happy when a lady takes care of her hair.
