DIY Moisturizing Eye Treatment

Hi lovely Friends,

Am back with another beauty DIY...

*Guys, please don't feel bad i'll put up  a post that will be very useful to you very soon*..

Back to My Ladies if you have dry under eyes or your concerned with fine lines and wrinkles this will be perfect for you. In my opinion everyone should moisturize the skin

under their eyes regardless of their age because the eyes are usually the first area to show signs of aging.
Prevention is key!
What you need: 2 teaspoons of avocado oil
4 to 5 drops of jojoba oil
2 drops of carrot seed oil
2 vitamin e capsules
All you need to do to make this amazing eye serum is blend all of the oils together in a small container and apply directly to the under eyes.
The oils are a bit heavy and give off of a shiny look so it’s best to apply this only at night before bed. I really like to apply this while my skin is still a bit damp because I feel like it really locks the moisture in.
Keep in mind you only need a very small amount per eye. These ingredients are very concentrated so a little goes a long way.

God has blessed us with Nature lets us it to stay beautiful and fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!

BE PART OF WHAT IS RIGHT AND JUST !!!!!

Oma was able to get away but some women are not so lucky. Do you remember the story of Mercy Nnadi? Her husband, who was a washerman/drycleaner attacked her with his hot iron, especially around her breasts because during the attack, she begged to breastfeed her one-year old son. The man ended up killing that innocent baby the same night he tortured his wife.

You'll be asking, was the man mad or what? Well, he said 'voices' spoke to him, but he also believed his wife was sleeping with his own father, and her child was not his. Hmm... so messy. Read more here.

Thank God she escaped and survived, and with the help of several women's help organization was able to get some surgery to reduce the effects of the burns. She is now speaking out against domestic violence in conjunction with Project Alert. And Okechukwu Ofili has joined the conversation, here, and wants us all to do something about such domestic violence stories, asking;

Does it make you mad?
Does it make you upset?
Does it piss you off?

I am sure it does, you probably even want to ensure that her husband gets to die not by electrocution or hanging but by a hot iron pressed all over his body (idea credited to Ofili’s evil side). But we know where that takes us…nowhere…just more violence. So what can we do?

1. Send an email to ngozi.ilondu@projectalertnig.org with the simple words “How Can I Help You?”
2. Make a donation to Project Alert Survivor’s Fund | 1013113653 | Zenith Bank or via paypal at http://bit.ly/IvkhZg or with paypal email projectalert@projectalertnig.org
3. Can’t make a donation, then tweet/facebook/instagram this article and help spread the word for the organization.

Please if you can in any way, let's do this. Blog about it, talk to friends and family and also put your money where your mouth is. Donate to Project Alert.

MARRIAGE TALK

There are two questions we can ask within marriage that will take us to two entirely different dimensions. We have to choose which dimension we want to live in.
The two questions are these:
How can I bless you?”
Or:
How can I get my own way?”

Your 20s compose undoubtedly the most pivotal time in your life. While there are plenty of temptations and distractions, the decisions you make here are truly what dictate your future, as the weak fail and only the strong survive.
Do you have what it takes to become a monumental success? Or will you live out a life of mediocrity? The choice is up to you. While many think they have all the answers and the keys to success, we have seen those people make the same pitfalls too many times before.
This is the time for you to hustle, scrap and fight for the life that you want for yourself. You manifest your own destiny during these crucial years.
Every move you make is a test.
These are the 20 Mistakes You Don’t Want To Make In Your 20s.

THINGS MENTALLY STRONG PEOPLE DON'T DO

1. They Don’t Waste Time Feeling Sorry for Themselves

Mentally strong people don’t sit around feeling sorry about their circumstances or how others have treated them. Instead, they take responsibility for their role in life and understand that life isn’t always easy or fair.

2. They Don’t Give Away Their Power

They don’t allow others to control them, and they don’t give someone else power over them. They don’t say things like, “My boss makes me feel bad,” because they understand that they are in control over their own emotions and they have a choice in how they respond.

3. They Don’t Shy Away from Change

Mentally strong people don’t try to avoid change. Instead, they welcome positive change and are willing to be flexible. They understand that change is inevitable and believe in their abilities to adapt.

20 Things I Should Have Known at 20

Even if your above 20 you can still pick up lessons from here, and if your not yet 20 take this very seriously.

1. The world is trying to keep you stupid. From bank fees to interest rates to miracle diets, people who are not educated are easier to get money from and easier to lead. Educate yourself as much as possible for wealth, independence, and happiness.
 2. Do not have faith in institutions to educate you. By the time they build the curriculum, it’s likely that the system is outdated– sometimes utterly broken. You both learn and get respect from people worth getting it from by leading and doing, not by following.
3. Read as much as you can. Learn to speed read with high retention. Emerson Spartz taught me this while I was at a Summit Series event. If he reads 2-3 books a week, you can read one.
4. Connect with everyone, all the time. Be genuine about it. Learn to find something you like in each person, and then speak to that thing.
5. Don’t waste time being shy. Shyness is the belief that your emotions should be the arbitrators of your decision making process when the opposite is actually true.
6. If you feel weird about something during a relationship, that’s usually what you end up breaking up over.
7. Have as much contact as possible with older people. Personally, I met people at Podcamps. My friend Greg, at the age of 13, met his first future employer sitting next to him on a plane. The reason this is so valuable is because people your age don’t usually have the decision-making ability to help you very much. Also they know almost everything you will learn later, so ask them.
8. Find people that are cooler than you and hang out with them too. This and the corollary are both important: “don’t attempt to be average inside your group. Continuously attempt to be cooler than them (by doing cooler things, being more laid back, accepting, ambitious, etc.).”
9. You will become more conservative over time. This is just a fact. Those you surround yourself with create a kind of “bubble” that pushes you to support the status quo. For this reason, you need to do your craziest stuff NOW. Later on, you’ll become too afraid. Trust me.
10. Reduce all expenses as much as possible. I mean it. This creates a safety net that will allow you to do the crazier shit I mentioned above.
11. Instead of getting status through objects (which provide only temporary boosts), do it through experiences. In other words, a trip to Paris is a better choice than a new wardrobe. Studies show this also boosts happiness.

10 Ways To Kill Headaches Without Any Medicine

#1. Use a cold compress
This could be the first and most simple thing to do to ease some of the pain caused by a headache. A soft and cool washcloth placed over your forehead helps the blood vessels constrict. Refresh it frequently with cold water.
If you prefer a long lasting compress put the wet washcloth in a resealable plastic bag and into the freezer for 30 minutes and then use it. If you have ice or a bag of frozen vegetables in the freezer, wrap it up in a towel and use that.
#2. Soak your feet in hot water
This is unexpected, but it seems a hot water footbath helps your head feel better as it eases pressure on the blood vessels in your head. A bit of mustard powder added to the water is even more effective if the headache is really bad.

How to Get Makeup Stains Out of Practically Any Surface

Source: google
You may know the baby-oil trick to remove product when you make a makeup misstep. But what do you do if your spill has gotten on your clothes, the carpet, or the bathroom tiles? Get the solutions for reversing a variety of makeup messes  including lipstick-stained collars and self-tanners gone awry.

1. Lipstick: Spritz your kiss imprint with hair spray and let sit for 10 minutes. Then, dab with a sponge, and throw in the wash. If your clothing is dry-clean only, try using a piece of tape to transfer the stain away. You can also use baby powder, chalk, or baking soda to remove oil- and wax-based lipsticks.

2. Eyeliner: Did someone leave a note on your mirror in eyeliner? Reach for salt to remove the marks before using standard cleaner (this trick also works for lipstick stains on wine glasses).

3. Waterproof mascara: For long-lasting makeup formulations, try blotting the stain with makeup remover .Check the label to ensure the formula you're using is oil-free, though, or you'll end up with an even bigger mess.

4. Foundation: Pretreat powder and liquid-foundation spills with a clarifying product like shaving cream or shampoo. Both of these toiletries have cleaning agents that should break through the stain before you wash.

5. Self-tanner: To reverse self-tanner stains left on sheets or clothing, first rinse the affected area under cold water. Then use a sponge and dish detergent, working on the spot from the outside in, to cut the oil in the tanning formula. You can even use hydrogen peroxide to remove the orange tones from the fabric (but make sure to spot-check first to ensure the fabric's color won't lift). You can also use glycerin as a final resort.

Note: All of these suggestions are for treating stains immediately. In addition, be careful not to dry fabrics until the blotch is removed because heat can set the stain.
