Let's make freedom Statements!

 Freedom! freedom! I can't move

Hey Eagles, can you remember this song? It's the chorus from Beyonce's Freedom song.

(Let me say Happy 4th July to my U.S followers/readers. Independence will bring you joy always!)

I remembered the tune this morning, goggled the lyrics and realized it carried the message i wanted to share today on the blog.
As i was sorting out my mail yesterday, i got a mail from Christine Arylo and the subject was "may you be free......a love boost for you".
 She wrote a freedom ode and asked that i do the same. I found that interesting and  tried it . I'm sharing mine here but with a request that you write yours. It could be few lines or an epistle. Use the comment box freely and let freedom cut you loose.

Before i go on i want to remind you that the kind of freedom that takes us far and high is the freedom in and through Christ Jesus- Galatians 5:1 says "it is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then , and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke  of slavery."

For my freedom ode i'll  use the words "I am" instead of  "I want"...Alright let's get to it.........

MY FREEDOM ODE

I am free to use the words that express the fear

i feel inside, because when it's out they'll be

lot's of space inside for peace.

I am free to eat as much as i want, a few pounds won't make any difference

I am free to sing my heart out, letting the words roll out with no barriers

or fear of judgements. Isaiah 61:1

I am free to say i am broken on the inside and need mending

because i know someone who will fix me up.

I am free to give love to everyone and anyone 

knowing that when i'm open to love i'll be happier.

I am free to look at my past and not feel terrible for the poor decision i made

but with gratitude acknowledge them and make better one's each day. ps118:5

I am free to not be jealous of my ex-boyfriends new girlfriends, or the girlfriends of the guys 

that once asked me out, knowing that we all deserve the very best of everything.

I am free from trying to be in everyone's good book. 

Lot's of friends does not equal meaningful friendships.

I  am free from the fear of judgements but constructive criticism is highly appreciated.

I am free to be the trend-setter in the fashion industry world-wide, clothing women with confidence and dignity.

I am free to say i'm sorry when i hurt others and to understand that 90% of the

people that hurt me don't do it intentionally.

 I am free to give up seeking vengeance, i know someone who will deal with you if you hurt me. lol

I am free to give up my list of what "HE" should be like because good and perfect gifts come from God

and he has my back.

I am free to be multi-talented.

I am free to give lot's of compliments to another lady, in lifting other's up i'm doing so for myself.

I am free to create wealth, build an empire, lend to nations and have the fine things of life.

I am free to go left even if the world goes right  with no reason.

I am free to be happy, contented and peaceful. John 14:27

Let me share this freedom with you, let's look at this scripture;  

John 8:36 - So if the son set's you free, you will be free indeed.

If only you'll believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that he died for you to take all your sins away so that you'll have life in abundance then you have received the freedom that every man desires.....Know that money, fame, relationships won't give you this....but Jesus Can!

Please drop your freedom ode, a statement or epistle, don't be afraid.

Let Christ=Freedom cut you loose.
